Mirei Tsuji a commencé à jouer du piano à l'âge de 4 ans en Algérie. 
Après son retour au Japon, elle a rejoint le conservatoire de musique Toho dans la section junior. Elle a ensuite déménagé au Royaume-Uni en 1988 où elle a obtenu une bourse pour étudier dans la section junior à Royal Academy of Music de Londres avec Antonietta Notariello. Elle a  poursuivi ses études avec Christopher Elton.

En 1996, Mirei a étudié au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris dans le cadre du programme ERASMUS avec Gérard Frémy. Elle a  joué dans le documentaire de la télévision serbe sur les compositeurs serbes "A Tempo" et "World is music" qui ont été diffusés en Serbie. Elle a obtenu en 1999 le diplome de troisieme cycle de concertiste professionel de la Royal Academy of Music avec mention distinction.

Elle a travaillé avec des musiciens et des professeurs renommés tels que Hiromi Okada, Dominique Merlet et Peter Feuchtwanger. Elle a été lauréate du concours Karic Millenium qui s'est tenu à Londres et elle a été finaliste lors des compétitions internationales de Cantu (Italie) pour piano et orchestre en 2001.

Elle a remporté le deuxième prix dans le concours international de Piano de San Sebastian (Espagne) dans la section duo avec le pianiste Tomoaki Kimura. Elle a gagné le premier prix du Concours international de Rome dans la sections à quatre mains et la section a deux pianos avec le pianiste Miho Sanou. Elles ont également donné un concert au theatre "Teatro Vale" à Rome. Mirei continue à donner des récitals en tant que soliste en France, au Royaume-Uni ainsi qu'au Japon.

Mirei Tsuji started playing the piano at the age of four in Algeria. After returning to Japan, she joined the Junior Toho Music College. She then moved to the UK in 1988 where she won a scholarship to study at the Junior Academy at the Royal Academy of Music London with Antonietta Notariello. She continued to further her studies with Christopher Elton. In 1996, Mirei moved to the Paris Conservatoire (Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Dance) as part of ERASMUS exchange scheme and studied with Gerard Fremy. During her course, she premiered a work by the Russian composer, Galina Ustovolskaya. She also took part in the Serbian TV documentary on Serbian composers "A Tempo" and "World is Music" which were broadcast in Serbia. She graduated from the postgraduate degree with a distinction in 1999.

She has worked with renowned musicians and professors such as Hiromi Okada, Dominique Merlet and Peter Feuchtwanger. She was a prize winner at the Karic Millenium competition held in London and a finalist at the Cantu International Competitions for Piano and Orchestra in 2001. She won the second prize in the San Sebastian International PianoCompetition in the duo section with pianist Tomoaki Kimura. She was the overall winner of the Rome International Competition in both Four-Hands and Two-pianos sections with pianist Miho Sanou and performed at Teatro Vale in Rome. Mirei continues to give recitals mainly as soloist and chamber musician in Europe and Japan.

辻美玲

4歳よりピアノを始め1979年、父の赴任によりアルジェリアヘ同行。
日本に帰国後桐朋音楽大学付属ピアノ教室へ入室し、磯崎敦子氏に師事する。
1988年渡英し英国王立音楽院付属ジュニアアカデミーへ奨学金を受け入学。1993年、同音楽院へ入学。クリストファー・エルトン氏に師事。同年パリ国立音楽院へ交換留学し、ジェラール・フレミー氏に師事。在学中セルビア人作曲家に関するドキュメンタリーに演奏出演しセルビアテレビ番組　'A tempo'と'World is Music'にて放映される。
1999年ディプロマコースを首席クラスで卒業。
ピアノを岡田博美、ドミニク・メルレ、ペーター・フォイヒトヴァンガー各氏に師事。 2001年サンセバスチャン国際コンクールデュオ部門第2位。
2004年ショパン協会主催ローマ国際コンクールにてフォー・ハンズ（連弾）、ピアノ・デュオ（ピアノ二重奏）部門共に優勝。
パリ、ロンドンを中心に演奏活動を行い、2012年には東日本大震災により仮設住宅で生活する人たちのために立ち上げられた「みんなの家」プロジェクトへの募金を兼ね各アーティスト達を招きチャリティーコンサートをAAAパリ語学学校で行う。　
同年バミューダナショナルギャラリー主催の'Art of Music'にソロピアニストとして招待され演奏会を行う。
現在、パリ近郊在住。室内楽共にソリストとして、主にヨーロッパと日本で活動を続けている。
